I was thinking about going back to a gym. I bought this set instead and I am very happy with my decision. It took me more than a day to assemble them. The manual and especially the Video on how to put it together were very helpful.

Great Value
I love this machine. Use it 4-5 times/week. I consider myself handy (I installed mini-split HVACs myself, build a garage including doors, but this is not worth your time. I hired a pro to assemble it, it took him 4 hours. To speed up the process, before assembly, I moved the 3 boxes from the driveway delivery point to the finished basement, AND took out all the parts and removed the plastic protective sleeve surrounding each piece. That took me 2 hours alone.

Great piece of gear!
I don't usually post detailed reviews but I think this piece of equipment is sick! and I also figured some of you might be in the exact situation I was in until a couple of days ago when I purchased this unit
maybe you have a rack without a cable system and you're considering one of those pricey all-in-one functional trainers.
I've been using an old Rep Fitness PR-3000 rack for years now—picked it up around 2018 or 2019 along with a Rep Gladiator bar and some bumper plates It's a 2x3 rack, its used but solid you can see from my garage pics below its well used, and I've added a landmine, a rep matador dip bar, and a simple pulley attachment for triceps pushdowns and other exercises. Despite its age, it's held up great.

Over the past few months, I debated upgrading to something fancier like the Rep Ares (1.0/2.0), GetRX'd RX 3 (those tornado arms look awesome), Rogue FML-6, the Dane 2.0, or the Bells of Steel All-in-One Trainer. But honestly, these systems range from $3k-$5k depending on attachments, and while I could swing it financially, I realized I just needed a solid cable tower to complement my existing setup.
Then I came across Gluck’s review on the Eon Fit E1 with Freemotion-style arms. It looked exactly like what I needed. Initially disappointed when Amazon didn't have it, all the comments said it wasn't available anymore
that's not true - you can order it direct form them lol. I discovered it’s available directly through their site. Ordered it last week and put it together two days ago—this thing is legit!
I'm 5'10" and get a complete stretch with lat pulldowns, just like Gluck showed in his review. every exercise is literally smooth, I used some grease on the uprights and the weights don't get stuck going up -- and since the arms rotate fully from 12 to 6 o'clock, so the adjustability is great for a variety of exercises. literally you can do a shit ton with this piece.
its not janky at all - it feels solid enough - and I just measured its 48 inches from center of one pully to the other so you def get a good stretch for cable flys..
Some people even modded theirs to add a weight stack, which is cool—but plate loading is just fine for my needs. Though it's listed as wall-mounted, it's actually freestanding unless you want to install the brackets to attach to the wall - its definitely not needed..
In short, this is really a good purchase and glad guck did a review on it - I would have ordered from his video but it takes you to the amazon page --- If you're hesitant because Amazon says it's unavailable, just order direct from their site. Shipping was quick—I live in SoCal and it took under 5 days from Texas.
There aren’t many reviews besides Gluck’s and one from Garage Gym Life, oddly nothing from Coop yet. If you're on the fence, just go for it.

great unit
I've been working out for many years and have used all types of gyms from commercial to home gyms and this home gym is great quality and at a very reasonable price, the adjustable pully system is amazing, the amount of exercises you can do is amazing. Very durable and easy to use, set up was a big job but was easy to do and the instructions were very good. Company also responds quickly to concerns,

Great quality machine
Quick delivery, easy to assemble, and the quality is even better than expected. I expected a solid piece of equipment, and this is that and then some. Price is great when comparing other similar home gyms and even the accessories are good quality.
