I love this product, so far so good! The instructions were easy to read once we figured out how to properly read them using the parts legend. Took about roughly 4-6 hours in total (We worked on it a couple hours a day over 4 day period . We were missing one piece, however Eonfit sent out a replacement asap & they were wonderful with their Customer Service interactions! 10/10 would buy again!
This machine is nothing short of awesome. It has absolutely everything you need in a home gym. It comes with plenty of attachments and it is extremely well built. The instructions are easy to follow. Opening the box my thoughts were what the heck did I get myself in to. After following the step by step instructions, I was assembled. I want to add, Eonfit customer service is amazing. There was a slight hiccup on the order and they stood with me from start to end making it a stress free experience. I truly recommend this product and I am 100% satisfied with not only the equipment, but also their customer service.
I've had this for about a month now, and I will say that it is definitely worth it. I will say this, if you can find a second set of hands when assembling, do it. This thing took me over 6 hours by myself. We use this everyday in our house. I did have a bit of an issue with the bench wheels being damaged, but eonfit worked it out and took care of it. Customer Service is amazing.
Love the variety of workouts you can do with this machine, the only severe flaw is how aggravating the assembly process is.
Wish the cables went up a little higher. Real hassle getting ahold of product support. Not a bad machine overall though.
