Omni E3 Pro Smith Machine and Eonfit staff far exceeded my expectations! I purchased the E3 Pro while it was out of stock andEonfit sent me an standard model in meantime so I could start my physical therapy regiment and agreed to send me pro parts when they were back in stock. Great staff! The machine is much better than expected for the price. It went together in less than 2 hours by myself and is very sturdy. Assembly instructions were very easy to follow. All parts and accessories arrived undamaged. I do wish I ordered the pulley upgrade kit though. I would advise to order it at time of purchase. I highly recommend this company and equipment!

What can say, excellent power rack. The amount of exercises you can do with the rack is amazing. I’ve enjoyed every single workout I’ve done so far. The build quality is superb, I feel safe using it, which is very important for me. The pulley system is smooth as butter too. The rotating arms give you so many different options and adjustability. I also like that they included plenty of attachments. Overall, great product! It was worth every penny!

The best rack for the best price you’re gonna find ! I bought the pro. I definitely recommend it for an extra inch for doing lateral pect on a pulley. Costumer services gave me a promo code. A part came a litle bit damage. The paint was scratch a little bit. They offered me to ship me back another piece of equipment or to have me back the cost of the equipment that was damaged. I choose the refund because it was only aesthetic. It was working very fine even if the paint was a little bit scratch.
My only point is, if you bought the pro one. They ship you the “normal” one too for the pulley system and you don’t have a plan only for your “pro”. Otherwise, the plan is clear and easy to build.
The rack is perfect and the pulley works wonderful. Really happy with my purchase ! Plus, costumer services respond you back in 24h delay.
